Using the free game
KidsKeyPop is provided for personal and family use with adult supervision. You may use the game and its printable activities for your household, but you may not resell, copy or redistribute the service or its content as your own product.
Parent Pack access
Parent Pack is a one-time purchase for access on the browser where it is activated. Profiles and the unlock record are stored locally, so clearing browser data or changing devices may remove that local access. Contact support before clearing data if you need help.
Payments and delivery
PayPal processes payments. Parent Pack digital access begins immediately after KidsKeyPop confirms a completed payment. Support payments help maintain the project and are not charitable donations or purchases of additional features.
Refund policy
Because Parent Pack digital access is delivered immediately, purchases are normally final once access begins, and voluntary change-of-mind refunds are not offered after delivery. Support payments are also normally final after confirmation. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation, buyer-protection or other remedy required by applicable law or PayPal rules. If access was not delivered, a payment was duplicated, or the service is faulty, contact support@carrierhubsolutions.com with the PayPal order ID.
Service availability
We may improve, update or temporarily suspend parts of KidsKeyPop. Device voices, installation features, browser storage and PayPal payment methods depend on third-party browsers, operating systems and services and may vary by device or location.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass protected administration areas, misuse support forms or use KidsKeyPop for unlawful activity. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use and choosing suitable sound, motion and session settings.
