For the quickest help, open the Parent Hub in the game, choose Help and send a problem report with enough detail for us to investigate.

Email support

You can also email support@carrierhubsolutions.com. Please include the page you were using, what you expected to happen and what happened instead. Do not send passwords, PayPal secrets or a child's private information.

Payment questions

Include the PayPal order ID when available, but never send card numbers or account passwords. A support request does not replace PayPal's own dispute and buyer-protection processes.

Safety and privacy

Parents can use the Safety or privacy category in the Help form. These reports are stored for support review and can be tracked by the site administrator.
