KidsKeyPop frequently asked questions

These are the most common questions about playing and managing KidsKeyPop.

Is the main game free?

Yes. The core keyboard playground stays free. Parent Pack is an optional one-time purchase that adds profiles, educational modes, themes, printables and extra settings.

Which devices work?

KidsKeyPop works in modern desktop and mobile browsers. A physical keyboard gives the fullest experience, while the built-in touch keyboard supports tablets and phones.

Does my child need an account?

No. A child does not create an online account. Profiles and progress are kept locally in the browser.

Which languages are supported?

English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Albanian, Serbian Latin, Portuguese, Arabic and Chinese are available. Spoken words depend on voices installed on the device.

Why can I not hear a selected language?

The browser uses speech voices provided by the device. Install that language's speech voice in the operating-system settings, then reopen the browser and test it from Parent Settings.

Can I make the game gentler?

Yes. Calm mode reduces movement, removes confetti and lowers sound intensity. Music and effects can also be turned off separately.

Where is progress stored?

Progress is stored in the current browser. Clearing browser data, changing browser profiles or moving to another device can remove or separate that progress.

How are payments handled?

PayPal processes the checkout. KidsKeyPop verifies completed payments but never receives the buyer's card or bank credentials.
